Econans is a company that focuses on accelerating a smooth energy transition of buildings through data analytics and simulation. They provide personalised suggestions and advanced simulations to help customers understand the effect of recommended renovations and energy improvements on their energy need, costs, and climate impact. They calculate the EPC rating, monthly energy cost, and environmental footprint of customers' homes. Econans also offers data collection, including property data, behavioural data, real-time energy consumption data, climate risk data, and Taxonomy verification documents for each mortgage and loan. They provide simulations for each mortgage, such as Primary Energy Demand, EPC estimations, CO2 emissions, and Taxonomy classification. Econans enables the extraction of raw data in flexible formats for each mortgage and loan. They offer reporting and classification of CO2 emissions based on PCAF methodology and guidelines, verification of mortgages' and loans' data, and identification of mortgages for which more data could be collected to improve accuracy. Econans also provides a dashboard to visualize relevant KPIs, track historical trends, and monitor sustainability targets.
